Product Return Policy
Please follow these steps to returning an incorrect item. If you received the wrong item or item(s) you did not order please follow these steps:
1. Please provide the following information in your e-mail or to one of our customer service representatives:
- Company Name (if applicable)
- Name
- Order #
- Item Number of item(s) to be returned
- Condition of the items to be returned
- Reason for Return Request
2. Once we approve your exchange we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) # and send you a return shipping label at our expense.
3. Return the item within 7 days and we will ship you your correct order at our expense.
